MXTemp offers a short-lived inbox and optional forwarding aliases. You cannot use the service to blast outbound mail.
When the countdown ends the address and messages may be destroyed. Do not bind banking, health, or a primary account to it.
Fraud, harassment, ban evasion, scanning the platform, or stealing someone else’s codes will be limited or terminated.
1. The agreement
These terms govern your use of the disposable inbox, forwarding, exposure check, and related interfaces on mxtemp.com, operated by MXTemp. Access or use means acceptance. If you disagree, stop. Read them with the privacy policy. Last updated 19 August 2026.
2. What we provide
We provide (a) a short-lived address and web inbox you can claim without an account; (b) forwarding aliases after a mailbox one-time code, moving inbound mail to your real inbox with an archive of up to 30 days; and (c) a check that helps you judge address exposure. Features, domains, capacity, and retention may change for safety, operations, or law. The on-page countdown describes the current window; it is not a promise of permanent storage.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be old enough to enter this kind of agreement where you live and must have the right to use the login mailbox you submit. Forwarding uses a one-time code; you protect that mailbox, the codes, any authenticator secret, and signed-in devices. If something looks wrong, pause aliases and write to support@mxtemp.com. Do not hoard addresses with automation.
4. Acceptable use
A disposable address may be used for lawful trial sign-ups, verification codes, public downloads, software tests, and isolating non-critical notices. A forwarding alias may be used for shopping, subscriptions, communities, and project mail you are allowed to receive, so the real address stays off public forms.
5. Prohibited use
- Sending or assisting spam, phishing, malware, harassment, or fraud;
- Impersonation, IP theft, or reading mail you do not own;
- Evading bans or security checks, bulk sign-ups, or farming codes;
- Scanning, attacking, disrupting, or reverse-engineering the service;
- Using the service for child exploitation, violent threats, or other illegal acts.
We may rate-limit, refuse dangerous content, pause aliases, or end access, and we may keep and produce security records when the law requires it.
6. Hard limits of a disposable inbox

7. Forwarding, attachments, and the archive
Forwarding may rewrite headers, add delay, or land in spam. Attachments are limited by size, scanning, and upstream rules: files at or under 50MB can be downloaded from the console with authentication; larger files may only ride along with the forward and are not kept on the site. Keep your own copies of contracts and orders. The 30-day archive is not your only filing cabinet.
8. Fees
Core features offered to the public are free today. We may change capacity or introduce optional extras; paid items will be described separately. We will not silently start charging for the existing free inbound inbox.
9. Intellectual property
MXTemp brands, interface, code, and original copy are protected. You keep rights in content you lawfully submit and grant us a limited licence to transmit, display, filter, and maintain the service. Do not copy the design or scrape the site to run a competing service without written permission.
10. Changes, suspension, and ending use
We may pause, change, or end features for maintenance, incidents, capacity, or compliance. You may stop using a temporary address or delete aliases at any time. Serious or repeated breaches can end access immediately. Continued use after an update is acceptance; material changes update the date on this page.
11. Disclaimers, liability, and indemnity
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without a promise of uninterrupted, error-free, fit-for-purpose, or guaranteed delivery. MXTemp is not liable beyond mandatory law for indirect loss from expiry, refusal by a sender, delay, third-party content, your own acts, or force majeure. If your unlawful use, infringement, or breach causes a third-party claim, you are responsible to the extent the law allows.
12. Law and contact
Disputes should first go to support@mxtemp.com in good faith. If that fails, the law and courts of the place where the service operator is established apply, unless consumer law says otherwise. If one clause fails, the rest remains. Questions: support@mxtemp.com.
